At Get 3D Printin’, we strive to deliver high-quality, custom 3D printed products made to your specifications. Due to the personalised nature of each item, we follow a strict yet fair return and refund policy as outlined below.


1. No Returns for Custom Products

All orders at Get 3D Printin’ are made-to-order and customised based on the 3D model files you upload. Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as:

  • Change of mind
  • Incorrect model upload
  • Incorrect size/dimensions in the uploaded file
  • General dissatisfaction with the concept or design (as per original submission)

Please ensure your 3D file is accurate and final before placing an order.


2. Damaged or Defective Products

We take utmost care in packaging and quality control. However, if the item is:

  • Physically damaged during shipping
  • Defective or significantly different from your order specifications

You may be eligible for a reprint or refund, subject to verification.

Steps to Request a Replacement or Refund:

  1. Email us at returns@get3dprint.in within 7 calendar days of delivery.
  2. Mention your Order ID and provide a brief description of the issue.
  3. Attach clear photos of:
    • The damaged or defective product
    • The packaging (if damaged)
    • Any labels or QR codes on the package

We will review the evidence and respond within 3–5 business days.


3. Eligible Resolution Options

Once your claim is approved, you may be offered one of the following:

  • Free reprint and reshipment of the same item
  • Partial refund if the issue does not impact usability
  • Full refund, only if we are unable to fulfill the order correctly

The chosen resolution will be based on the nature of the issue and is at our sole discretion.


4. Refund Timelines

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Processing times may vary based on your bank or payment gateway.


5. Cancellations

We allow cancellations only if the order has not yet entered the production stage. To request a cancellation:

  • Email us at returns@get3dprint.in as soon as possible.
  • Cancellations cannot be guaranteed once the model enters the printing queue.

6. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Uploading incorrect or non-printable model files
  • Ordering items with dimensions too small or thin for structural integrity
  • Customer-provided shipping address errors
  • Refusal to accept delivery
