2. Description of Services
Get 3D Printin’ provides an online platform where users in India can:
- Upload 3D model files in supported formats;
- Place an order for 3D printing of the uploaded file;
- Receive the printed object delivered to their address within India.
3. User Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have parental/legal guardian consent to use our Services. You also confirm that you are a resident of India and that you are using the Services only for personal and non-commercial purposes.
4. User Accounts
Creating an account may be required to place orders. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information,
- Maintain the confidentiality of your login details,
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Uploading 3D Models
You retain ownership of all 3D models you upload (“User Content”). By uploading, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the content solely for the purpose of printing and delivering your order.
You affirm that:
- The design is your original work or you have the necessary rights and permissions;
- The content does not infringe any third-party rights, including IP or privacy rights;
- The model does not contain anything illegal under Indian law (e.g. weapons, hate symbols, explicit material);
- The model is suitable for 3D printing and does not pose technical or safety risks.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order based on these criteria.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on our website—including branding, illustrations, text, and software—is the property of Get 3D Printin’ and is protected under Indian copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. User Content remains the property of the user.
7. Pricing and Payments
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.
Final pricing may depend on:
- Volume and complexity of the 3D model,
- Material type and quantity,
- Shipping location within India.
Payment must be made in full at the time of placing the order through the available online payment gateways. We do not accept cash-on-delivery.
8. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders only within India via reputable courier partners. Estimated delivery times will be shown at checkout but may vary depending on your location.
You are responsible for ensuring your shipping address is complete and accurate. We are not liable for delays or losses caused by incorrect address details, courier issues, or unforeseen circumstances.
9. Refunds and Returns
Since each order is custom-manufactured:
- We do not accept returns or offer refunds unless the item is defective or damaged in transit.
- Claims must be made within 7 days of delivery and must include photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
We may offer a reprint or a partial refund at our discretion.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted under Indian law, Get 3D Printin’ shall not be liable for:
- Losses due to incorrect model design;
- Misuse or unintended use of the printed item;
- Delays or disruptions caused by external factors (e.g. courier delays, power outages).
Our total liability for any claim shall be limited to the amount paid by you for the specific order.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Get 3D Printin’, its directors, employees, and affiliates from any losses, damages, or legal claims arising out of:
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Any third-party claims relating to intellectual property or misuse of content you submitted.

We may update or change these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after such changes implies your acceptance of the revised Terms.
