This Shipping Policy explains how orders placed through Get 3D Printin’ are shipped and delivered.

By placing an order through our website, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. Shipping Coverage

Get 3D Printin’ currently ships within India only using third-party courier partners selected based on service availability and package requirements.


2. Primary Shipping Partner

For most shipments, we use:

Blue Dart Surface Shipping

However, shipping methods may vary depending on package weight, order value, and service availability.

If Blue Dart Surface is not available due to package limitations or service restrictions, we may ship the order using:

Amazon Shipping

The courier partner is selected at our discretion to ensure safe delivery.


3. Blue Dart Surface Eligibility

Blue Dart Surface shipping is available only under the following conditions based on dead weight or volumetric weight (whichever is higher):

  • Orders below ₹1000 → Package must be under 500 g
  • Orders below ₹1500 → Package must be under 1 kg
  • Orders below ₹2000 → Package must be under 2 kg

If the package exceeds these limits, we may ship using Amazon Shipping or another suitable courier service.


4. Optional Shipping Upgrades

Customers may choose premium shipping options including:

  • Blue Dart Air
  • Blue Dart Time Definite Delivery

Please note:

  • Additional charges paid for Air or Time Definite services are non-refundable.
  • The only exception is when the destination pincode isn’t serviceable by Blue Dart, in which case we’ll use an alternate courier, or when the package weight is >2kg, in which case we’ll apply an automatic refund and ship the package via Blue Dart Surface / Amazon Shipping.

5. Order Processing Time

All items ordered through Get 3D Printin’ are custom manufactured after the order is placed.

Processing time includes:

  • Print preparation
  • 3D printing
  • Quality inspection
  • Packaging

Processing time depends on:

  • Model size
  • Model complexity
  • Order volume

The processing time shown on the model upload page refers only to manufacturing time and does not include shipping time.


6. Shipping Time

Once an order is dispatched, delivery timelines depend on the courier partner and destination.

Typical delivery timelines within India may range from:

3–7 business days

Actual delivery time may vary depending on:

  • Destination location
  • Courier network availability
  • Weather conditions
  • Public holidays
  • Logistics disruptions

7. Courier Delays

Get 3D Printin’ is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners or logistics providers.

Delays caused by shipping carriers do not entitle customers to refunds, discounts, or compensation.


8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate and complete, including:

  • Full name
  • Street address
  • City
  • State
  • Postal code
  • Contact number

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If a package must be re-shipped due to address errors, additional shipping charges may apply.


9. Packaging of Printed Parts

We take reasonable care to package printed parts safely.

However, because 3D printed objects may contain fragile features depending on model design, customers should ensure that uploaded models are structurally suitable for shipping.


10. Shipping Damage

If an item arrives damaged due to shipping, customers must contact us within:

7 days of delivery

The request must include:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Photos of the shipping label

After review, we may provide one replacement print for the damaged item.

If the replacement item is also damaged during shipping, no further replacements or refunds will be issued.


11. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery fails due to:

  • incorrect address
  • recipient unavailable
  • refusal to accept delivery

the shipment may be returned to us.

Re-shipping the order will require additional shipping charges.

Refunds will not be issued for delivery failures caused by incorrect information.


12. Lost Shipments

If a shipment is confirmed lost by the courier partner, we will investigate the issue with the courier.

If the courier confirms the loss, we may provide:

  • A replacement print, or
  • Another resolution depending on the situation.

13. Tracking Information

Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number may be provided via email or your order dashboard.

Tracking updates are provided directly by the courier partner.
